Booking Requirements
- Minimum stay: 3 consecutive nights
- Capacity: 2-12 guests (maximum 12 people)
- Minimum age: 18 years for main guest
- Identification: Valid ID required
🏔️ Bookings are limited to one family/group per period to maintain exclusivity and tranquility.
Payment Terms
Payment Structure
- Deposit: 50% of total booking amount
- Final balance: 7 days before arrival
- Security deposit: €200 (refundable)
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Bank transfer (details provided upon confirmation)
- PayPal (for international bookings)
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund Scale
- 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund minus processing fee (€50)
- 14-29 days before arrival: 50% refund
- 7-13 days before arrival: 25% refund
- Under 7 days: No refund
Exceptional Circumstances
Cancellations for the following reasons may receive special consideration:
- Documented medical emergencies
- Extreme weather conditions (avalanches, floods)
- Government travel restrictions
Check-in & Check-out
Standard Times
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Late check-in: Available until 8:00 PM (with notice)
- Late check-out: Until 1:00 PM (€50 fee)
Arrival Procedure
For safety reasons and to ensure proper welcome, please inform us 24 hours in advance of your exact arrival time. Precise GPS coordinates will be provided 48 hours before check-in.
House Rules
For Mutual Respect
- Quiet hours after 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM
- Smoking permitted only on outdoor terraces
- Parties and events are not permitted
- Respect furniture and facilities
Mountain Safety
- Inform staff about hiking plans
- Follow marked trails and local recommendations
- Wear appropriate equipment for mountain activities
- Never leave fires unattended
⛰️ The Apuseni Mountains can be unpredictable. Our priority is your safety and that of other guests.
Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
In case of events beyond our control:
- Extreme weather conditions (storms, heavy snow)
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Infrastructure issues (blocked roads, power outages)
In such situations, we will work with you for rescheduling or proportional refund, depending on circumstances.
