By making a booking at Cabana Tăul Brazi, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

Our Services
We provide boutique accommodation services in a mountain retreat:
- Luxury accommodation for 2-12 guests
- Complete kitchen and living facilities
- Access to mountain and heritage activities
- Concierge services upon request
Booking Policy
Booking Requirements
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Bookings confirmed with 50% deposit
- Maximum capacity: 12 people
Booking Confirmation
Bookings are considered firm only after receiving written confirmation and deposit. We recommend waiting for confirmation before making other travel arrangements.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit upon booking confirmation
- Remaining balance 7 days before arrival
- We accept credit cards and bank transfer
- All prices include VAT
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before: Full refund
- 14-29 days before: 50% refund
- 7-13 days before: 25% refund
- Under 7 days: No refund
⛈️ Cancellations due to extreme weather conditions are evaluated individually and may receive exceptions to the standard policy.
Guest Conduct
To maintain the atmosphere of tranquility and respect for nature:
- Respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM
- No smoking indoors
- Pets only with prior agreement
- Respect property and furnishings
- Follow safety guidelines for mountain activities
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a safe and memorable experience:
- Guests participate in mountain activities at their own risk
- We recommend comprehensive travel insurance
- We are not responsible for weather conditions
- Personal belongings are guests' responsibility
